Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat ein Anliegen sofort bearbeitet.Die Lage ist hervorragend; die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rostock können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und schön für eine kleine Familie. Insgesamt 100% empfehlenswert
Bei einem Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen wäre eine Waschmaschine oder ein Waschraum für das gesamte Gebäude keine schlechte Idee.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr schöne, zentrale Lage in Bezug auf die Stadt, die Universität und den Hafen. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Da wir jedoch einen Parkplatz an der Straße bekommen hatten, haben wir uns nicht getraut, das Auto wegzubewegen. Wir wollten uns die erneute Parkplatzsuche ersparen. Wir haben das Auto stehen gelassen und waren überall zu Fuß unterwegs.
Keine eigene Parkplätze vorhanden.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Check in einfach und komplikationslos.
Die Suche nach einem Parkplatz war etwas schwierig und für das Kind war leider keine Bettwäsche für die Schlafcouch vorhanden.

City gut zu erreichen, ruhige Seitenstraße. Komfortabel, sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl und „zu Hause“. Ich fand das Apartment klasse!
Etwas hellhörig, Straßenlaterne leuchtet direkt ins - wer da empfindlich ist, sollte das wissen. Kann aber niemand was dafür.
