Great little place to stay in Rostock

This is a cozy little apartment - I don't know if it has always been an apartment, or if a former store was converted to living quarters. It does not really matter, the place is tastefully decorated, cozy, and has ample space for a few suitcases. Keys were kept in a keybox, so that I never saw the hosts. There isn't really a "terrace", but the glass entry door makes the small yard appear like a terrace. The host said there is no gastronomy nearby, but a Netto store is across the road, and you can easily buy some groceries and eat-in. There is a small parking spot on the site. The price was excellent for what we got, and it was a pleasant stay.

Location isn't great, terrace was disappointing.

Although initially tricky to find the property itself, it is perfectly adequate for two people and came with everything you needed. The terrace is not great, the picture shows what it looks like, however fails to show what the terrace backs onto - which is essentially the Edeka car park, no privacy at all. No DVD player either, as stated, but a nice supply of games to enjoy.

Es war einfach alles super, Edeka auf der anderen Straßenseite Waschmaschine vorhanden Küche is auch gut ausgestattet Spiele sind Vorort WLAN ist auch vorhanden Unterkunft ist sauber und hat ein Parkplatz

Gemütliche erholsame Urlaubstage

Eine allgemein saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft ziemlich zentral gelegen im Erdgeschoss gut abgeschirmt von der Strasse, gut erreichbar mit leichtem checkin, es war alles vorhanden mit kleinen Extras wie einen Schuhlöffel😊 und auch das festere Bett passte für uns gut

Die Außenwand am Sofa ist leider im Winter ziemlich kalt und zu weit weg vom einzigen Heizkörper am Eingangsbereich. Wir hatten auf Grund der entsprechenden Infos aus den Bewertungen einen Heizlüfter eingepackt und lieber die Stromkosten extra hingelegt als abends zu frieren, sonst wäre der Wohnraum im Winter bei Minusgraden in der Nacht zu kalt gewesen. 20 Grad möchten es schon sein.

Hier lässt sich eine "Kleine Auszeit" verbringen!

Hatte mir eine "Kleine Auszeit" genommen, um mit Hund zur Rassehundeausstellung zu fahren. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Lage ist trotz Straße und Parkplatz eines Supermarktes sehr ruhig (jedenfalls während meines Aufenthaltes von Freitag bis Sonntag). Ein eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür ist nicht selbstverständlich, war aber vorhanden. Ich hab meinen Aufenthalt genossen und der Hund war auch glücklich. Wir kommen wieder, sofern die Wohnung dann nicht schon belegt ist.

Alles was man brauch für eine kleine Auszeit!

Gute Ausstattung, bequemes Bett, saubere Unterkunft, gute Privatsphäre.

Künstlicher Duft und es ist eher dunkel in Wohnung (An einem Tag war leider ein Event direkt vor der Tür welches den ganzen Tag und bis Mitternacht sehr lauten Schlager gespielt hat, Erholung war da nicht möglich.)

Klein und fein

Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar klein aber fein. Für eine kleine Mahlzeit reichen die Kochplatten. Geschirr etc. ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es ist gemütlich und man kann sich zurückziehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt an der Wohnung und die Fähre zur Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Parplatz ist direkt an der Wohnung.

Es gibt eine eingeschränkte Mülltrennung. Die Wohnung ist eher dunkel. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel.

Uns hat es gefallen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allen was mann braucht, der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.Bäcker, Edeka und Netto gleich nebenan.Mit der Fähre kann mann die Tram gut erreichen und nach Rostock oder Warnemünde fahren. Alles mit einen Tageskarte die im Reisebüro erhältlich ist.

Der Schlüsselsave ist etwas zu niedrig angebracht, die Zahlen schwer erkennbar.

Wie der Name schon sagt, für eine kleine Auszeit ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, ebenso ein Bäcker. Bis Warnemünde ist es nicht weit. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine hätte es nicht benötigt.
