Fairly spacious, open plan apartment within an easy walk of the beach. FANS were available in the bedroom and very much appreciated. Plenty of windows helped with cross-ventilation on a very hot summer day. The room is brightly colored in a cheerful beachy theme. There is a shared laundry room in the building and a reserved parking space on the grounds. The apartment is right in the middle of the busy center of the town with restaurants and the waterfront just steps away. Overall, it's a pleasant space for a short stay. Morgat beach was lovely, even though crowded. The sandy bottom was super smooth and water crystal clear and fairly warm. Really lovely for a comfortable swim! Great family beach with activities for children and restaurants nearby.

It was quite difficult finding the apartment, which is located on a narrow one-way street with poor signage. We circled around multiple times before calling the hotel, which apparently owns the apartment (none of this was clearly stated in the listing). Need much better signage and clear instructions prior to arrival. Reserved parking spot is really tricky to get into, as it is in the corner, surrounded by other parked vehicles and you have to reverse into it in a narrow driveway, packed with cars. Once parked, you have to find the hotel located on a different street within a short walk in order to obtain the key. It's unclear why this information was not included in the listing or arrival instructions. We didn't get to use the laundry room, as it was occupied by other tenants of the building.

L’emplacement proche de la plage et des commerces mais très calme. Appartement très fonctionnel et superbement bien équipé
