Maison neuve extrêmement fonctionnelle, propriétaires d’une grande gentillesse, efficaces et pro-actifs, parking 1place avec possibilité de charger son véhicule hybride sur une prise électrique classique, consommation réelle d’électricité et d’eau en fonction de votre consommation personnelle, maison à quelques centaines de mètres du port et pourtant très calme. Habités des locations sur Morgat, c’est la première fois que nous envisageons de relouer cette maison dès le mois de septembre 26 !

We had a warm welcome to the property. Gilbert and his wife met with us on our arrival and showed us around before they left us to settle in. This was a lovely holiday home, in a quiet and peaceful area of Morgat, within easy walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. The house was extremely well equipped inside and out, with a couple of outside areas to sit and enjoy the garden and weather.
We couldn't fault this property. We appreciated the thought that had gone into what had been provided. Maybe a couple of half-litre glasses could come in handy, but I think this is our personal preference for large water glasses.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, erklären alles rund um das Haus und was zu beachten ist. Das Haus ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr ruhig, keine Geräusche in der Nacht, eine riesige Wiese für Ballspiele. Es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten vor und hinter dem Haus, so dass man wählen kann ob man in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen Bäcker, Restaurants und den Strand gibt es in 10 min Entfernung (zu Fuß) . Parkplatz am Haus.
Es war alles ok. Nichts negatives, gar nichts.
