The property was in a fabulous location within easy reach of the city centre of Manchester. The tram station was minutes from the property too. We would stay here again if the few issues I pointed out were rectified .

There were 5 of us staying at the property . However there were only 4 bath towels ( one of which had a hole in it and 2 hand towels which weren’t very big ! There weren’t any sheets to put on the sofa bed and we noticed it clearly hadn’t been hoovered as there were bits on it. The blind in the living room was broken . There was also a stain on one of the bed sheets . In the bedroom with the en-suite there was an empty water bottle and a balloon under the bed . There were only 2 mugs so at breakfast time we had to drink our coffee in shifts !

Absolutely everything. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We were close to everything that we needed can't wait to come back to be honest I didn't want to leave. It was also very relaxing thank you xxx

Good value for money great place where it is situated.

Good size generally although space to sit small if there were 4 of you. Bedding not nice prickly material. Place could do with a lick of paint. On suite damp smell

Lovely spacious apartment in a great area for amenities and access to the Film Studios. Keys were easy to locate and the accommodation was in good condition. I would recommend for the price.

The second bedroom's bedclothes had not been changed from the previous occupant. The sheets were dirty and there were 2 strands of long blonde hair in the bed. I had opted to use this bed as it was lower, but was disgusted when I pulled back the sheets to see they were dirty. It could be argued that as I had booked as an only occupant they did not feel the need to clean the 2nd bedroom. Regardless of this, the bedclothes either should have been stripped off for single occupancy or changed.
