Struttura di buon livello molto bella ma necessita una aggiustatina per essere di ottimo livello. Lo staff livello quello che manca con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità.
La piscina comune e la piccola vasca nel terrazzo della nostra stanza una vera salvezza nel caldo torrido di Cartagena.

The building is charming and tastefully decorated, room was spacious and loved the patio and hanging plants.
Besides being central y located, the sound is quite isolated and feels peaceful and boutique.
The room had no windows :(
No lift or help to bring luggage upstairs.
Only 1 switch with all room lights with no option of subtle lighting or switching off from bed.
The pool didn’t look the cleanest hence I only sunbathed.
It would have been lovely to be able to use the rooftop, with a jacuzzi and bar that unfortunately we’re out of function.
