Location and coworking space. We were able to also buy some essentials (like water, snacks, soda, etc) and they accept cash.

For breakfast, when you ask for coffee they offer americano or latte. Latte is literally instant coffee with milk so I guess americano would be instant coffee - awful. I didn't get a coffee maker for my room and although I booked two rooms with at the same price, mine was smaller and didn't have the wardrobe I was meant to have (nor the coffee maker of course). Coworking space could be full of random people even eating there so don't expect it to be really professional.

The staff and location were fantastic. The rooftop area is great and it was nice meeting other travelers!

The room did not look like the pictures advertised on the website.

We stayed as a very last minute booking bc Booking.com cancelled our planned reservation down the block. The staff was more than generous, showing our family the room options before booking because we had a toddler and wanted some private space and bath. The room we chose was lovely, small but very clean. The pool was absolutely AWESOME, with a sunset view overlooking the harbor and all the boats going out for a sunset viewing. It is right on the edge of the best part of Getsemani, and old Cartagena. We had one small meal there which was great, and the staff on the rooftop, and actually everywhere (service staff too) were so kind to us and our little one. There was also an awesome live band on Saturday night, and a welcome drink your first night which was tasty. They also held our bags for us. There is easy public parking nearby if you need it.

The room we were in was on the 4th floor and had a window letting the atrium light in which was a win, but only a curtain to pull over it at night and the main lights never went off at night, so it was rather bright. A blackout curtain option would fix this easily. Breakfast isn't included, and probably would have gotten it if we stayed more than one night.
