Good location

A bit of smartening up would make a huge difference it was a bit scrappy. Noisy from bars around but then the area is what we wanted

good location, clean, good communication with owner

complicated to get the hot water on for shower and hot water for sinks, place a bit old fashioned, needs to be updated/ modernised , no door on the cupboards, bed could be more comfortable
