Good location
A bit of smartening up would make a huge difference it was a bit scrappy. Noisy from bars around but then the area is what we wanted

Right above the bustling nightlife so it was perfect for a night out right next to the pubs and clubs. Bed was comfortable utilitys all worked perfect, and it was good value for money
Window didnt close so we could hear all noise from below, stained sheets, front door only being held closed by the lock other then that it was good value for money
