Great location with excellent privacy. The enclosed outdoor space was perfect, especially for a dog. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The interior was lovely and practical, making it easy to relax Also thank you for water, juice and milk in fridge

Unfortunately, it felt like the property was not properly prepared for our arrival. While it looked clean at first glance, a closer look revealed dust in multiple areas and a significant number of cobwebs. We also encountered insects, including spiders and ladybirds. While some of this is understandable in a countryside setting, the level was excessive. The en-suite toilet was not clean, and I had to clean it myself upon arrival. In the second bathroom, the shower was very loose and felt like it could come off the wall, which was concerning. The bin on kitchen was left with rubbish in. Additionally, no instructions were provided for the heating system. It was running at full power, making the property uncomfortably hot, and it was difficult to figure out how to adjust it. Overall, it did not feel like the property had been properly checked or prepared for guests.

A very friendly host who greeted us on arrival, showed us round and answered any questions we had. It was just what we needed - a space for us to relax and for our dogs to run without worrying about them escaping. Our dogs loved it and even tried to make friends with the horses in the next field. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

Our dogs did like running underneath the caravan which is left open (understandably to access facilities). I worried they might damage something while under there.

The hostess kindly got the caravan ready early for us so we can check in early to get you our event on time. She also left bottled water and milk for our morning coffee.
