Meadow Syke House

Meadowsykes is located in the lovely village of Bampton. If you like peace and tranquility then this is the place for you. Ample room for all the family and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Hot tub was lovely and it’s nice that chlorine is not used. A 10 to 12 minute walk to the village pub, the Mardale Inn, which is a community run village pub, excellent food and drink and very welcoming. A visit to the Haweswater Hotel was exceptional a real luxury treat and experience. Plenty of walking direct from the cottage door so no need to take the car out if you don’t want to. Ruth, the owner always available if you needed her, but at the same time gave you total privacy. Would recommend this cottage to all our friends and family, lovely in the summer and I bet amazing in the winter too!

The garden wasn’t secure so had to keep our dog on the lead, but there were walks directly from the door and as our dog is old is wasn’t a problem for us.

Beautiful well presented house with the most amazing views, beds were very comfortable and everything you needed was there, even a shower for your dogs.

I can’t say there was anything g wrong with the property.
