The location is very good easy to access with public transport and walking through the area is great.
The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water.
Nice to be met in person instead of automated check in
The kitchen does not include kettle, microwave nor toaster.
Several minor maintenance issues were reported, including us being locked out of the half bathroom overnight.
The worst problem was trying to get the radiator heating to work. This should be a simple on/off not requiring a reprogram of the control unit. We ended up using g the reverse cycle AC which is not particularly good and very wasteful

Colchones cómodos y tiene dos baños.
Entrega de llaves en persona lo cuál te pone nervioso por la hora de llegada, falta de mantenimiento, grifo roto, zócalos bufados, la ducha no tragar agua, la manera del baño pequeño tota, en el armario de una habitación había un nórdico sucio, sofá con una mancha negra. El patio comunitario no es cómo en las fotos.
