Modern accomodation that is perfectly located

The bed and pillows are fabulous, kitchen is great with quite a lot of basic supplies.

Would have liked to have known where the outdoor BBQ area was prior to check in. We only found out after I asked , on the second day.

So clean and welcoming. Perfect space for a long weekend. Facilities fabulous. Location excellent.

Tv - could work out how to get live tv and couch a little marked

The sheets were spotless and the bed was not bad. Had a washing machine and dishwasher which was great to have. Block out blinds were fabulous. Grateful for an early check in however I would have preferred a cleaner accommodation.

I advised when booking and a week in advance as a reminder than we have our own cleaning business as I like to let people know as we see things some people wouldn't necessarily see, however when I reported the photos on arrival to the host, I got a thanks for letting me know response and theres spare bin bags in the bottom of the pantry - i replied to say I had bagged the rubbish up and popped at the door if someone could please dispose of it, instead I got told where the garbage shoot is and asked if I could chuck it down there (which i did and that was ok but I would have liked an offer to have the apartment cleaned properly or a partial refund or even an apology. The place was not very clean at all, bins were not emptied on arrival, toilet not very clean, toilet lid and seat left up which is the first thing you see as you walk in, microwave not cleaned, oven very dirty, stove top very grimy and dusty, rangehood greasy, shower curtain smelly and grubby, bathroom fan/vent super dusty, couch is in need of a steam clean. Kitchen cupboards need a good clean, food splatters on them, the floor at the side of the fridge needs a clean, lots and lots of dust.
