About this apartment rental
Luxury 1 bedroom apartment with private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances. Full laundry including washing machine and dryer. Master bedroom with queen sized bed. We also provide a King Single sized latex floor mattress for a 3rd guest or child. Great for business travel or leisure as it is located close to public transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. Location.

The apartment was in a really great location to be able to get to other parts of Melbourne easily via train or tram. Really lovely, clean apartment. The bed in particular was super comfortable! Made for a great place to relax after exploring the city. It was also an easy check in and check out process.

We had a great stay in Susan's apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, and more.
The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet.
The apartment is positioned in the middle of a great area with many transport options, felt very safe, and is in the middle of a huge variety of restaurants and eateries.
The checkin was a bit quirky but made very easy with the accompanying pictures of the process from Susan.
The communication with Susan was also easy with very fast replies to our questions.
My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again and have no issues in recommending it.

The apartment is beautifully presented with all modern conveniences. Special mentions for the super comfortable bed. Situated on the 3rd floor at the rear of a modern complex, it is extremely quiet, yet steps away from the Sth Yarra railway station, Chapel St., countless cafes and restaurants... and tram stop for quick access to CBD and famous markets.
Our first choice for a Melbourne staycation.
