Studio 3 - Saint George Accommodation

The location was great, and the unit, while small, had everything we needed.

This is the reason for the poor rating - The communication with the owner was very poor. They didn't respond to messages I sent prior to arrival. Once I arrived, they responded several hours later. The phone number I was given didn't work, and they didn't respond to my message about this and other messages. They said parking was included, but I had no knowledge of how to access until the day of arrival, because they didn't respond to messages. The parking was in a lot 10 minute walk from the unit. This was not communicated to us at any time. We discovered this when following directions to get to it.

I really liked the space, the comfort (bed was nice) and the ease of getting in and out.

The shower took forever to get warm, the shower screen was a bit dodgy, i couldnt open it far. - but not the end of the world.

I love supporting cozy and comfortable places like this as apposed to the giant hotels. It’s full of character and charm, very central and this will be my to go to place every Melbourne visit from now on :)

Location, price & room was comfortable & had all you need for a short stay

Multiple toiletry products left behind from previous occupants, lights had & vents obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while (lots of visible dust), freezer section in fridge does not work & address difficult to locate
