Location is beautiful for worshippers per Masjid and Church within walking distance. Tram and train station within walking distance. Host and her colleague are lovely people and I support them in their ventures. Two supermarkets within walking distance, museum and art galleries within walking distance. Neighbours are nice and hospitable. Dija Tours on ground floor are helpful and deliver good services.

I write this with reluctance because the host is nice, so with respect. Facilities advertised not available. Taxi driver found it challenging to locate (accurate address will resolve this). Internet poor or no service per relying on mobile internet service (a fixed line will fix this). No TV channels (a cable connection to neighbour's satellite will fix this). Pests / mosquito repellant will fix pest issue. Windows / broken glass replaced will resolve safety issue. Cleanliness - cleaner prior to guest arrival will fix this. Host response time slow per being so busy - alternative number will resolve this. Host is in her infancy of business, I have confidence in the host. I recommend this place to support young entrepreneurs and offers spacious accommodation. Property is on main road with 24/7 traffic noise but I didn't mind that.
