The staff was very kind, helpful and available all the time particularly the receptionist who would go milestones beyond expectations to help make our stay comfortable.
Some facilities weren't well maintained as the Aircon wasn't working properly. We had to open the window for fresh air. As a result we got bitten by all sorts of mosquitos coming from Marina and rubbish left behind in the street.
Properties need to be well maintained at the same time a regular supervision should be carried out to keep the property at high standards of hygiene.

The apartment was absolutely amazing – very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, extremely close to everything you need, which made getting around very easy. The building felt very safe and secure, which gave us great peace of mind. Special thanks to the host Youssra, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. She made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable.
Honestly, nothing at all. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

1) nice apartment including all kitchen equipment and nice view.
2) secure location, near to the big supermarket; and you can catch most of tourism places, old downtown, Train stations.
3) staff were helpful specially Ms Yousra

Great view to marina, Mohammed VI tower, new concert hall.
High ceilings, spacious. Could be fantastic, if maintained.
Seems like the owner pays no efforts to upkeep the property. Glasses are cracked, window frames are not properly mentioned and don't provide any insulation from the noisy bar Cherie Cherie downstairs. No sleep before well after midnight. One of the toilets is out of service.
