Struttura fantastica! Strategica nella posizione ma da dire veramente deliziosa all’interno. Fornita di tutti i confort per una vacanza perfetta. Giovanni il ragazzo del check-in si è reso molto disponibile, ci ha fornito tutti i consigli utili del posto. Paola la proprietaria super gentile e carinissima. Ottima location 😍

Nulla tutto perfetto

Abbiamo pernottato 5 giorni e 4 notti, siamo state accolte calorosamente da Giovanni e Rosy, la casa era molto pulita e comoda anche perché aveva anche il posto auto.

Le uniche cose che si potrebbero migliorare sono: indicare nei servizi della casa che asciugamani e lenzuola non sono incluse prima di effettuare la prenotazione, anche se poi le lenzuola sono stati gentili e ce le hanno omaggiate, mente per quanto riguarda l’aria condizionata è presente solo nella camera da letto, mentre nel soggiorno non è presente e non arriva. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovate bene

The owners of the flat live downstairs and were very nice. They were very helpful providing amenities when asked (fan, washing soap, extra toiler paper, etc). They were also available to answer questions and show how thing in the flat worked. The location is convenient for walking to Porto Cesareo, about 30 minutes by foot.

I found this booking experience particularly confusing. I booked with booking.com, but then the communication switched to yourrentals.com, so I thought I was being scammed. My messages in booking.com were only partially answered. A few days before travel, I received a WhatsApp from the property managers (not the owners, I discovered later), but I was still not sure with whom I was really speaking. While they were responsive, they often did not provide the information I asked for. When I met them onsite, they were very nice and helpful. Another issue was that after making the booking, I received several notices stating that linens and sheets were not included in the price. I found this strange, since this info was not stated in the flat description. In fact, on arrival there were sheets and towels after all, so I ended up bringing my own supplies for no reason. This left a very bad taste behind and is a symptom of the general level of confusion I experienced with this booking. I would not recommend this top floor flat during the summer. The flat was unbearable, day and night. The living room/kitchen (which is also the second bedroom) has no air conditioning at all. The bedroom does have air conditioning, but many nights were simply too hot and unbearable. The owners provided a fan after we asked for it, which helped a lot, but I'm not sure why they did not provide it automatically. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was long hair, especially clogging the shower drain. The shower cabin leaked water onto the floor from its sides, so the floor was always slippery. The kitchen is overstocked and cluttered with equipment, yet some basics are not provided. For example, there was no baking tray, Salt and pepper would have also been nice, While the the terrace is lovely, and you can view the sea in the distance, it's a loud place to sit due to the noise of street traffic.
