The third, with a capacity of 4 beds, has a window that gives directly onto the porch with sea view and, attached to it, a very large bathroom.
On the first floor, a double bedroom and a large triple with shared bathroom offer themselves with a splendid terrace overlooking the sunsets.
At the center of the Villa there is a large living room with corner dedicated to the fireplace, furnished with taste and essentiality.
A long table in solid walnut allows a comfortable seat for 10 people, a sideboard and a sideboard keep tablecloths and dishes necessary for lunch and dinners.
The Villa is surrounded by a garden in which various species of palm trees, ybiscus and bougainvillea coexist.
The lawn also makes the sultry August afternoons cool and allows splendid dinners with barbecue.
The porch is equipped with armchairs, sofa, 2 tables, one for 4 people and one for 12 people.

We stayed at the villa for my sons wedding locally . There were 5 couples and 2 children . Facilities were good and the owners were very helpful. Local supermarket is well stocked and lots of good restaurants in Porto Cesareo . Beaches north are amazing with beautiful clear water .
