The property is centrally located and allows for navigating the town comfortably without needing a car. The parking lot/garage is located only a nine-minute walk away from the property, so a real plus for those driving to Arezzo. The apartment is ample, beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable, complete with an outdoor terrace. The host was super helpful and warmly welcomed us, even though we were delayed for our check in due to traffic enroute to Arezzo. He had great dining suggestions!

Gas stove was not great and no instructions for oven we could not use.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente. Noi eravamo tre adulti e due bimbi e la disposizione delle stanze ci ha permesso un soggiorno gradevole. La posizione permette di raggiungere piazza Grande e il centro di Arezzo in pochi minuti. Altra cosa, non trascurabile, si può usufruire di un parcheggio a pagamento al chiuso. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili sia in entrata che in uscita permettendoci di lasciare le valige consentendoci di girare per Arezzo fino a dopo pranzo. La casa molto pulita e con tutto l'occorrente in sede.
