Characterful property and unique decor - authentic Moroccan and always cool even without using the AC. Very central location, minutes walk into key areas, <15 mins from Jemaa al-Fna Comfortable mattress Ample hot water Generally well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine and microwave (and washing machine, although drying clothes could be a struggle) Responsive property manager - Monsef was friendly and came over to drop over things we were lacking like towels for bath mat or tea towels in kitchen. Modern bathroom. Allowed 1 hour later check out (not needed but nice they offered). Left a copy of guidebook which was helpful.

Internet didn't work thoroughout the stay - property manager tried to fix it but no improvement. We were told this is common in this area and older building... Don't stay if relying on internet use. Also means TV is unusable. Apartment is staying very much in a less-affluent residential location with locals - didn't feel unsafe but don't expect clean and neat communal areas for example. Maybe common to this style of apartment, but limited natural light and windows are always internal - results in limited air circulation and a constant damp smell. AC unit can be used however. Weak shower, but very usable. Use of real animal skins around the place may not to everyone's taste.
