Location and price. Staff were polite and helpful.
The shower head attachment was broken. Leak in the bathroom. No hot water in tap. The double bed mattress was uncomfortable, cheap quality. No hand towels provided.

We were 3 girls in a 5 beds room, it was very confortable, very good breakfast, perfect position next to meeting points for excursions and very close to the main square. The upper terrace was lovely with space for people to chill and smoke. Nice also the common area downstairs. Best point has been the kindness of Abdul and Reda, amazing people! They helped with anu issue o request and to organize the excursions. Amazing experience!
The toilet had a weird smell and there were some insects, but everything was clean and cleaning lady came when we needed
