房間空間非常大，就算另一張是沙發床但是三個人能一人睡一張床相當舒適，廚房客廳空間也很舒適，浴室也不會太小，站在浴缸外的活動空間還很夠，後面的海邊風景相當幽美，適合喜歡慢活的旅客。
因為在純住宅區，對於無交通代步工具的旅客來說生活機能其實滿不方便，加上面海又靠近自然森林公園，出了車站後穿過公園晚上其實相當暗，不過晚上如果回到房間後不再出門的人好像就沒有差。另外因為不是在主要市中心前往其他地方需要另外花一點時間，是一個有所取捨的住宿地。

室内が広くキレイで居心地が良かったです。
駅から近くてロケーションも良く、
すぐ近くに海岸沿いを歩ける散歩道もあります。

清潔でしたし、洗濯機が外でしたが使わせてもらえて助かりました。歩いて数十秒で海に行けるのは、気持ちよかったです。
場所が少し分かりづらいのと、近くにコンビニなどが無くて、最寄り駅まで行かないと行けないのは不便でした。海の近くなので、夜は真っ暗で街灯が少ない。
