Instructions for the property were all very clear. Property was in excellent condition outside of some mold in the corner of the wet room (bathing room). (My wife noticed, but it was so small I did not notice.)
There was a bar across the street, and some patrons were loud in the evening hours. Unfortunately you can't change location of an apartment, so this is not a knock against the room itself.
