L’équipement soit la climatisation (défaut des piles) et la tv ne fonctionnaient pas.

Emplacement parfait Très beau logement très bien décorer

Odeur de renfermé, pas de luminosité, lit qui fait du bruit et devoir payer 1euro pour avoir du papier toilette à disposition alors que nous avons déjà payé le séjour et que le papier toilette coûte même pas 2 euro pour 4 rouleaux chez eux en supermarché

La stanza molto accogliente, aveva tutto il necessario

The Studio is in the perfect spot right in the City, but still very accessible from the airport and the place is liek on the fotos, really nice for the price

Communication could have been more streamlined. We were in touch with three different people over the course of the booking and check-in, which led to some confusion and extra effort on our part. We were also asked to enter a significant amount of personal data via an online form that didn’t work properly (this data requirement is normal due regulations fo sardinia). A deposit of 100 € was required, which was refunded fairly after 20 days (14 business days). We paid an additional €20 for an early check-in to get in two hours earlier. In the end, everything went fairly, but the process felt more complicated than necessary. There's room for improvement, especially in terms of communication.
