Easy check in. I spent 5 nights at Ichnos Loft and it met my expectations. Apartment no. 3, in the center of Olbia is clean, has smart TV and air conditioning. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Tourist tax (2.50 € per person/night) is payable in cash. Excellent value for money. Would definitely return.

Penso sia l'appartamento più bello che abbia mai trovato, la foto non rende la dimensione reale del monolocale, diviso da una libreria che rende benissimo la divisione degli spazi, eravamo in 4 e siamo stati larghissimi. Sorprendentemente accessoriato, c'era tutto ciò di cui uno può aver bisogno (macchina caffè con cialde ovviamente, lavatrice+ detersivo, idem lavastoviglie, il diffusore, le mollette, una scelta ulteriore di cuscini) compresi lenzuola e asciugamani che non avevo neanche richiesto. La cucina ha una batteria di pentole più che adeguata. Esci e sei ad 1 minuto dalla passeggiata del centro, nonostante questo cmq è molto silenzioso. Lo staff (Valentina ) è stato gentilissimo e ultra disponibile a tutte le ore. Raccomando a tutti di andare perché lo ritengo un vero affare. Non avevamo il parcheggio ma si trova veramente molto facilmente in un raggio di 500mt, ed anche se è a pagamento è fino alle 20. Se l'anno prossimo ritorneremo ad Olbia andrò sicuramente là.
Purtroppo quest'anno abbiamo trovato diverse spiagge con molte alghe .... ovviamente non quelle delle foto 😀

J’ai aimé le côté spacieux, les rangements, la localisation et la disponibilité de la propriétaire.
Il y a en ce moment des travaux juste au bâtiment en face et étions réveillées tôt le matin avant 8h.
