The Shore Cozy Homestay, Heart of KK City Centre

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro città. L'appartamento si trova al nono piano della struttura, molto grande. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'host è stato molto chiaro con le indicazioni per il ritiro della chiave e per il checkout.

In alcuni punti non era pulitissima (un letto su due e il divanetto erano leggermente macchiati, alcuni punti del bagno come il lavandino leggermente trascurati). Nel complesso comunque andava bene. In alcuni orari, con parecchie persone, bisogna aspettare qualche minuto per l'ascensore.

The host communicated very well on WhatsApp and Booking.com by sending over videos and clear instructions for key collection. This was brilliant as you need the lift pass to access the floor we were staying on (we had to stay in a different property a week later as this one was sadly not available and getting up to the property was problematic without the key box and lift pass). We were four adults and had two double beds which were fine for one night. The flat was well appointed with air con, fridge, hair dryer etc. Really couldn't fault it and we were sad that we couldn't stay again. On checking out we followed the simple instructions that the host had messaged over to us. Thank you!

It is a little noisy with road traffic from the bedroom, but that is to be expected given the location. Perfect location for our needs and meant we could easily find somewhere to eat and visit the market too.

The lift always full

The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, and more spacious than a typical hotel room. It was nice to have a kitchenette to prepare our own food and eat takeaway when we didn't feel like going out.

The room smelled very strongly of chemical fragrances which was a bit intense, and the beds were very firm.
