The location is good
The facilities is good
Our access card is not working. The security guard helps us access the lobby lift. We contacted the host through WhatsApp but no reply. We contacted each again through Booking.com Apps but still no action and the host didn't even apologize. I'm very disappointed

Comfortable room
The washing machine. Please provide the washing machine that has drying mode

New and modern type. Not far from city center.
- Beds at low position, no bed frame, beds also hard. Very basic, not as expected.
- Sofa seats already seasoned, not comfortable.
- Toilet overall clean. However the toilet brush, mops, shouldn’t be placed exsposedly - looks not nice. It should be placed at the hidden place.
- Smelly from the restaurant kitchens at the ground floor
