The privacy & the location. In the middle of the airport & city.

Strategic Location - close to Imago Shopping Mall, Airport Terminal and Town.
Each apartment unit is being divided into two smaller unit. The small unit that we get is not that ideal as the windows face the emergency staircase and air-conditioner machine, which cause some disturbances.

It’s perfect place to stay for family with two toddler. Place are less expensive/fragile vase, accessories etc. so you don’t have to worry for the kids to smash anything. It’s located opposite shopping mall and It’s walking distance. Not many food choices in the building but you can walk to the mall. Or to the near shop lots. This place surely no 1 place to consider if you guys want to stay in the heart of kota kinabalu. I will rate this place 5/5…that’s all..

The bathroom. The shower and the mirror need to be repair.. the towel need to change to new one. The sheets and blankets also need to change.
