The location is good
The place are only so-so, the picture are more interesting and where it mention we will get ocean view as the picture, but in reality its only far from it.
We can barely see the ocean.

The switch for microwave is faulty. Car park only for 1 car. Can hear footsteps children running above the room

The location was good. The apartment was as advertised.
The washing machine outlet was clogged causing it to malfunction. The 2nd bathroom had a leak in the roof and the water outlet from the bathroom was also clogged. Maintenance responded very quickly even on weekends and did their best but the clogg in the washing machine and bathroom was due to building piping according to the maintenance and they could not do much. They made it up by upgrading me on the last day.
