One of the best stays we’ve had in Japan! From the cleanliness and amenities to the exceptional service, this place had everything we could ask for in a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and having a beautiful view of the temple from the house was an added bonus. We also really appreciated the host allowing us to check in early once the room was ready. It was such a relief, especially with all our luggage after travelling. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly pleasant and memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Space & Facilities: The house is very large, spacious, and easily accommodates up to 6 people—great for families or groups of younger travelers. The kitchen is equipped and spacious. There is a washing machine (handy, though note there is no dryer). Amazing Onsen: The onsen facility was very good. Host's Kindness: We really appreciated the host allowing us to leave our car in the parking spot for an extra time after check-out.

Sleep Quality: We had a very difficult night. While we knew we would sleep on traditional futons, having only a single thin futon on the floor proved too hard and painful for me. Additional futons would make a huge difference. Light and Noise: There are no shades on the windows, so light comes in very early. The house is on an accessible road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. Even though the hosts thoughtfully provided eye masks and earplugs, it did not make for a restful sleep. Logistics & Parking: The self check-in and check-out process was quite cumbersome and tedious. There are stairs to climb with luggage. Additionally, the parking was not right next to the house as wSpacious place with great amenities, but very tough sleep and check-in experience for use expected.

L'emplacement très bien. L'appartement est très grand et très agréable. La cuisine est équipée pour cuisiner.
