Konum olarak çok güvenli bir bölgede, yerel halkın içerinde onlardan birisi gibi hissediyorsunuz. Kentin her tarafına yürüyerek 15-25 dk arasında ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Toplu taşıma duraklarına da yakın. Ev oldukça büyük, tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı bulabilirsiniz. Yakında birçok fırın ve market var. Ayrıca yakınlardaki mekanları keşfetmenizi öneririm. Çok kaliteli restoranlar var, fiyatlarda merkez turistik bölgelere göre oldukça iyi seviyede.
Yataklar pek rahat değil. Ev sahibi hem yatak odasındaki hem de salondaki kanepeyi değiştirirse harika olur. Ayrıca temel mutfak ihtiyaçları olan tuz ve zeytinyağı gibi küçük ayrıntılar evde olabilirdi.

房東允許我們事先寄放行李，清潔阿姨收拾打掃完之後，便通知我們可以入住，十分貼心！ 有什麼問題提問，也都能馬上獲得解答！附近有一間大的AB超市，採買十分方便！
晚上會聽到外面有施工的聲音，唯一缺憾！不過這應該不是房東的問題！
