Super eingerichtetes Appartement. Sauber und mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und geschmackvoller Wohnstube. Über ganze 3 Balkone verfügt die Wohnung und liegt sehr zentral. Sowohl zur historischen Innenstadt als auch zum Bahnhof sind es fussläufig nur 15 Minuten. In der näheren Umgebungen sind mehrere Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthaltes durch die Mitarbeiter der Agentur. Auf Wunsch den Scheckout 2 Stunden vorzunehmen, wurde uns dies ohne Aufpreis gestattet. Wir haben 5 schöne Tage im Appartement und Verona genossen.

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious, it feels like someone's comfortable home, with tasteful furnishings and ornaments and everything you need for a week's stay or longer. We felt at home here straightaway. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a large building containing offices and other apartments and has large balconies overlooking the wide street and other similar buildings. There is a lovely cafe (Cafe ValVerde) just down the road and a PAM Local grocery store. We chose the location so that we were roughly equidistant between the railway station (as we were doing day trips out by train to Venice, Vicenza and Padua) and Verona's historic centre - about 10-15 mins walk in either direction - and so the location was great for our purposes. We could have stayed here longer and been perfectly comfortable and if we return to Verona would look to stay here again.

Nothing, the apartment was lovely. I would just say, however, that if you are checking in when the host agency's office is closed, including on a Sunday as we were, then make doubly sure you have all the information you need for the self check-in beforehand. We were sent the wrong self check-in video on Whatsapp (for an apartment at a different address; an AI error apparently) and didn't realise until the Sunday and, although the info says you can contact the agency out of hours by Whatsapp, nobody responded to my messages or voicemail asking for the correct check-in information, which was frustrating and stressful. We were, however, lucky that the keybox code for our own apartment turned out to be the same as the one sent us for the other apartment so that we were able to get into the building and then search it until we found the apartment! I would really have expected someone to briefly check the Whatsapp messages around the 3pm check-in time (even on a Sunday) just to make sure all guests have been able to check in okay. If the code had been different we'd have had to find a hotel for the night. Apart from this glitch though, the messaging from the agency was otherwise friendly.
