praktikable und moderne Einrichtung, Kaffee und Teezubehör vorhanden,

Die Matratzen waren für uns nicht sehr bequem, das Bett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung.
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (Krümel unterm Tisch und auf dem Sessel)
Der als Inklusivleistung angegebene und für unsere Buchungsauswahl relevante Parkplatz war besetzt.
Alternative Parkmöglichkeiten wurden nur auf der Straße angeboten, für zwei Euro pro Stunde ( jedoch kostenlos in der Nacht ab 19:00 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr morgens).

The place is spacious and clean, and has everything that you might need for a quick stay (except for proper towels). its 5 min walking distance from Monschau center, which was great.
We arrived very tired after a long drive, and all we wanted was a nice shower. However, we quickly realized that there were no towels. I’m 1.90 m tall, and they gave us three small face towels of about 40 cm. We complained as soon as we received the keys, but we still never got proper towels. Very disappointing.
