A fantastic, spacious house in the centre of Liverpool
Location was fantastic, walking distance from city centre. Easy to find. Parking close by. Lots of cutlery, glasses, plates etc. Big living area, plenty of space to seat everyone round the tables. Very nicely decorated, modern but simple. Fantastic communication with host.
Plenty of bathrooms, but distribution a little off across the rooms. It was fine, but guidance around amount of bathrooms and which rooms had en-suite would've been handy ahead of arrival. Cleanliness – it was clean, but no where near spotless. Spills/scrapes on some walls, dust on several surfaces etc. Nothing that should put you off staying though. Lot's of road/street noise.

Great trip for a family gathering and graduation, house was very central to everywhere we needed to be. Nice and clean,
Spacious and lovely old features. Loads of crockery etc. Paul the maintenance man was there within 10 mins to check out the plumbing in upstairs bathroom and gave us his number in case of anymore issues.
If there was More than 8 we’d have struggled with bathroom configurations. It was wayyy too warm but that was the exceptional weather. Beds were smaller than we’re used to.
