Very spacious and great beds / furniture. Easily accessible and close to centre location.

Location was fantastic, walking distance from city centre. Easy to find. Parking close by. Lots of cutlery, glasses, plates etc. Big living area, plenty of space to seat everyone round the tables. Very nicely decorated, modern but simple. Fantastic communication with host.

Plenty of bathrooms, but distribution a little off across the rooms. It was fine, but guidance around amount of bathrooms and which rooms had en-suite would've been handy ahead of arrival. Cleanliness – it was clean, but no where near spotless. Spills/scrapes on some walls, dust on several surfaces etc. Nothing that should put you off staying though. Lot's of road/street noise.

Dear Team, 1.The cleaning of the house should be looked into. There were dust in every area which makes one wonder if cleaning was done. The lamp shades ALL needed to be cleaned; evidence of cobweb! 2. The carpet - this seems fairly new but the smell on entry is totally awful. I think the carpet is washed but not dried and so on arrival it was wet and appears to be left to dry but seemingly cleaned each time guest leave. So no real time to dry. 3. The dirty linen in the Hall way may not be welcoming for people just arriving. There are 3 other little rooms which dirty linen could have hidden for collection. 4. WiFi - only available of you are on the second floor in the kitchen or lounge. I had to call X3 at which time they added 71 By Elite and it worked. But this kept dropping. 5. Bugs in the bed - There was evidence of little black crawling insects in beds which a few were bitten throughout stay. We do have pics of these and have been trying to upload but unable to. 6. TV - did not work. We tried so many times to switch on but failed. We did not use. COOKER - did not cook either. But enjoyed your kitchen space. 7. 3rd floor shower did not have COLD water; only HOT. So could not shower. 8. Toilet seats - Toilet was round and seats square and smaller. Unable to comfortably sit and constantly moving around and causing people to almost drop off. 9. Fans dirty - one not working. 10. Dirty mop/pan - left in corridor in front of the room at back. These could be kept in the room under the step. When asked if they could be moved, the staff on the other end of the call advised no. They were smelly and the door next to them need to be cleaned as dusty and dirty.
