Great apartment but only if the smell is dealt with!

The location was ideal. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but everything was marred by the overwhelming smell of drains.

We very much liked the apartment but there was a real issue with the smell of drains. This had come up in a previous review but we assumed it would have been resolved. The smell was quite overwhelming at times. it was worse in the wardrobe and where the washing machine was installed but the smell permeated the whole space and was a real negative for us. Our son lives just around the corner so staying there seemed ideal and we would stay there again if the smell is dealt with. It would have been good to know prior to booking that late arrivals would cost an extra 50 Euros.

Great location. Slight damp but value for money.

Excellent location. Just far enough off the busy parts of town to be nice and quiet but a short, easy walk to everything you want to see, and a very short walk to the best food we found in the whole city (lots of options). Not the easiest place to get to from Santa Maria Novella station but a 30 minute walk, a crowded bus, or a short reasonably priced cab (treat yourself) away. Apartment was great, everything clean and comfortable. Building has lots of charm.

Did have a damp smell coming from behind the water heater and we struggled to get the clothes we washed to dry. Have to climb some narrow stairs with your luggage. Not too difficult at all but be aware if you have mobility difficulties.

I had a gret time at Borgo Tegolaio Studio!

This nice and clean apt was perfect for me with not much time to stay in Florence, is very easy to visit the center on foot. It’s in Oltrarno (Unesco area), very lively and fun area, but in a quiet and peaceful street, close to Palazzo Pitti, S.Spirito, Ponte Vecchio. The Studio is very confortable and everything seems new, modern but distinctive (beamed ceiling); also bath with shower is new. There is a full kitchenette, a comfy bed, fast WiFi and air conditioning, everything matches the photos; check in is very easy (with an Agency representative). Very close there are good restaurants, shops, places for aperitives and many craft activities. I’ll definitely use this place again in the future!

Attention the house number is 21 black ( not red 😁)

Bonito Apartamento en Barrio Oltrarno

El apartamento mezcla de moderno y antiguo y la ubicación tranquila en barrio Oltrarno y muy cerca de la Iglesia del Spiritu Santo, Palacio Pitti y Ponte Vechio.

El apartamento está en general bien y no se le puede poner pegas, eso sí, con zonas comunitarias del edificio antiguas. Sólo podría decir que el equipamiento de cocina es muy básico y que aunque aparecía en las fotos la televisión, ésta no funcionaba. Preguntado al anfitrión, me informó que en los servicios ofrecidos en la página web, no figuraba que hubiera servicio de televisión, aunque apareciera ésta en las fotos.

Ville magnifique, facilement faisable à pied. Bien réserver ses créneaux de visite à l'avance

Il s'agit d'un studio refait récemment, avec goût et très bien équipé. Ceux qui nous reçoivent sont au top : après annulation de notre avion nous sommes arrivés avec 6 heures de retard, mais on nous avait attendu. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme, sans un bruit. Attention, il y a deux numéro 21 dans la rue Borgo Tagolaio ; celui de l'appartement est celui presque au bout de la rue dans le sens de circulation, sur la gauche.

Rien à améliorer de notre point de vue.
