The property was spacious, cool, well located for bus and trams into the centre and very clean.
The noise. It was very noisy. I slept in the room closest to the main apartment front door which slammed very loudly anytime day or night (as late as 3am, and as early as 5.30am) making decent sleep impossible - I was disturbed every night, several times a night.

The owner Anna Maria is very nice, helpful, and couteous. She not only welcomed us with a big bottles of wine and water, but made sure that we were comfortable and all our needs were met. She responded to our requests and questions quickly.
There was nothing to be disliked. The apartment is huge with private garden and easy access to public transportation and old town Florence

El apartamento es muy amplio, estuvimos seis personas muy cómodamente. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Cerca del tranvía que te deja en el centro de Florencia en muy pocos minutos. La información siempre fue correcta. Quedamos muy satisfechos. Muchas gracias
