The apartment, for 13 people maximum, consists of seven bedrooms and five bathrooms; it is self-heating, completely renovated, a kitchen / dining room equipped with utensils such as a microwave. WI FI and TV are included in the costs, as well as the cleaning service, and linen change, once a week.
The apartment is spread over an area of 240 square meters all on one floor, the second, with elevator.
Do not leave the trash at home after check out
The total amount of the reservation will be pre-authorized on the credit card at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation 30 days before check in will be charged the first night.
Cancellations in the last five days or the no show will result in the total reservation charge
