This place exceeded expectations. It was right across the street from Terminal 3 and also upstairs from a mall with everything we needed. Amazing stay. Definitely will return here.
The complex has a very confusing layout and it was difficult finding where to check in at. But other than that, it was an amazing stay!

I like that it's near NAIA. Good for people who need to catch early flights.
None at all. I just hoped the staffs can be more responsive to the queries. I understand that I booked the place last minute, so it may be due to that reason. However, I felt that the one who answered my calls was a bit rude and sarcastic. They can be more nice when responding, given that I wasn't from Manila and the place was unfamiliar. Additionally, I wasn't really in my best mood because I traveled for 5 hours from Baguio and had a lack of sleep. Hoping this can be improved since I'm planning to book this again in the future.
