Very convenient location near the port but not too near so you felt like you were in an oasis of calm Fantastic rooms with beautiful decor, great comfortable bed and nice showers Wonderful food served at the bar, poolside or in the restaurant Extremely friendly staff who went above and beyond Great spa and massage facilities on site Very helpful concierge service in advance of stay to arrange transfers from Bali and onto Lombok airport

The breakfast service was a little bit slow especially when we didn’t have much time before needing to checkout There were some bizarre cocktail offers at the bar where you needed to buy 3 cocktails and get 1 free all in one go and this had to be per person (you could not share the cocktails with anyone else). I would recommend just removing all drinks offers as they were far too confusing to understand and impossible to use!

Great location close to the harbour. Beautiful boho style decor and clean. Restaurant food was good. Laundry service was quick (next day delivery). Massage at the spa was amazing. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us ideas of what to do on the island during our stay. Mosque nearby playing adhan was beautiful. Wonderful and relaxing overall, would recommend.

Gaps between bathroom door and wall. Could be more private and soundproof. Hot water sometimes wasn’t working but this was resolved on the same day. Bedsheets, linens and bathrobes had a musty smell after they were changed. Could be more freshly scented.

The waiters at the restaurant were so lovely. The bellboy who walked us to the harbor was so polite and warm. The rooms were lovely and cozy, and the showers were fantastic. The humor and kindness of the staff will truly stay with us. We had such a wonderful vacation there

Divino Air is a beautiful oasis in the middle of bustling Gili Air. The staff are incredibly kind, the food is very good and everything is very well taken care of.
