Located close to the port & on the beach front so our boat dropped us in front of the hotel

Property dated, breakfast average, pool murky, not like photos but ok

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is peaceful and relaxing, with a long, beautiful swimming pool that is perfect for unwinding. The atmosphere is calm, and we slept extremely well during our stay. We originally booked two standard rooms, which are authentic wooden bungalows with an open bathroom, exactly the style and vibe we were looking for. Unfortunately, these were fully booked upon arrival, so we were initially upgraded to superior rooms. While we appreciated the upgrade, the rooms were very modern and had smaller indoor bathrooms, which did not match the authentic bungalow experience we had hoped for. After sharing our feedback, the staff immediately took action and offered us a further upgrade to the suites. This made a big difference, and we were very happy with the solution. We truly appreciated how attentive and understanding the team was, and how they made an effort to accommodate our needs. Overall, a relaxing stay with excellent service and a team that genuinely listens to their guests.

All issues we encountered were immediately resolved by the staff.

Royal Regantris has an excellent location right by the harbor, in the Sunset area and directly on the beachfront. There is also a diving center next door, which is very convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the large garden surrounded by palm trees creates a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel feels a bit outdated, which is not very noticeable in the photos. Our room showed signs of wear, with peeling walls, and we even found someone else’s sock under the bed. Better maintenance would improve the overall experience.

Rooms were nice and clean. Fridge, tv and extras like toothbrushes included. Air con was very good. Pool was clean and very warm. Set back away from road and beach so quiet. Located close to the harbour so short walk from harbour and easy access to central areas.

When booking the hotel included breakfast but when checked in I was told breakfast not included and would be payable separately. Free WiFi but was unable to connect despite entering username and password many times. Staff polite but no help/advice what to do , where to go or even what to do for breakfast
