Great place!

Great place! The apartment was super clean, organized, and in a perfect location to explore Monschau. Everything was just as shown in the pictures!

One small downside, even though it’s listed as pet-friendly, it didn’t really feel that way. There were quite a few rules about keeping my pet off the furniture and out of bed room. It was a bit flexible, but still felt pretty strict, especially with the €25 pet cleaning fee. Also, there weren’t any shower towels, so we had to use face towels instead. Overall, it was a lovely stay and great for travelers without pets, but a couple of small tweaks would make it even better.

Double Booking

This review is not about the apartment itself, but rather the overall booking experience. We had planned to spend one night at the LIV-IN apartment, but a day before our scheduled arrival, I received a phone call informing me of a system error that resulted in a double booking (i.e., the room had been booked for two different parties at the same time). In the end, the property owner/manager arranged a hotel room for us in the center of Monschau, including breakfast, and covered the additional cost. While things didn’t go as we had planned, the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the owner/manager warrant a positive review.

Der Hausmeister war sehr freundlich und alles hat super geklappt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann theoretisch als Rucksacktouristen gut auch länger bleiben, es ist alles da um sich zu verpflegen. Dankeschön, wir kommen gerne wieder

Comfort en rust

Een fijne overnachting vlak bij het centrum van Monschau, op slechts een paar minuten lopen. De woning was ruim, schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Perfect voor een bezoek aan het stadje!

Het is een goed uitgeruste en zeer ruim en rustig appartement voor 1 of 2 personen. Mooie keuken en fijn bed

Eigenlijk niets, want de prijs kwaliteitverhouding is prima. Het appartement is goed als uitvalsbasis of als overnachtingsplek. Wat minder geschikt om overdag te verblijven als je lekker buiten wilt zitten.

Schoon appartement heel netjes.

De bedden zijn echt niet goed meer. Kraakt heel erg. En matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe.

Sehr gute Lage. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wunderschöne Altstadt. Einkaufen (Lidl) nur 6 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Neues Badezimmer.

Perfekt! Die Kommunikation war perfekt! Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, alles super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung mit Überzeugung empfehlen!

Alles war BESTENS, es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Una estancia excelente.

El alojamiento era muy completo, con todos los utensilios de cocina que puedas necesitar. Además, tuvieron un detalle precioso al dejarnos bombones y vino a nuestra llegada. La ubicación es muy buena para moverse por la zona, y que tenga parking privado es un puntazo. ¡Muy recomendable!

Las toallas eran muy pequeñas.
