The property had everything we needed,it was very clean and had beautiful views

Fantastic flat, really well thought out with everything you need & more. A home from home. Fantastic view
Not much to dislike, the parking was a bit tight when our neighbour parked badly but of the fault of the host.

The property was in a very good location, a 7 minute walk to the high street, about a 12 minute walk to the harbour. Parking was not an issue.
The views from the front room were beautiful, watching the sunset was incredible and the general cleanliness was excellent. The recommendations cited in the folder were good, we used a couple of the restaurants and both were very pleasant.
The front door is problematic. A video is sent out to guide you through opening the door but just replacing the lock would be recommended, it’s a real pain.
The towels were in need of a bin, they lacked fabric conditioner and literally took layers from my skin. The bedding was clean but heavily stained, I wouldn’t put guests in bedding that was in a similar condition.

Lovely clean flat. Exceptional views. Sunsets are amazing.
If you are not fit or disabled the walk into and back from Ilfracombe is challenging but worth it for the views
$$$$
