Great location, close to the sandy beach (Balluta, 10 mins walk) and buses. Very large bedrooms. Everything was working. It has AC. Shopping mall is close. You can go through food court as shortcut. Decent restaurants in neighbourhood. Team was helpful and responsive.
Furniture and kitchen appliances are worn out and there is some old dirt/grease (i.e handles and switches in the kitchen). It has single window with „view” and the rest of rooms are pretty dark. Coffee set was incomplete (unless it meant instant Coffee and kettle). Probably more info on rubbish could be added to welcome message.

apartment was very large, had big built ins and a large window. Location is excellent with a supermarket and shops nearby, close to the bay and only a short walk to a bunch of cafes and resturaunts.
Internet did not work for the first day, using the oven tripped the kitchen breaker multiple times, one bedroom shower was small enough to be hard to turn around in and the other didn't have anywhere to hang the shower head so you had to hold it the whole time. Main bedroom bed was very cheap uncomfortable spring bed.
