Spinola Bay Apt - Beatiful 3-Double Bed apt near beach in Prime Location

Very spacious, comfortable, very clean and with all the facilities you need. Location was great, very central and the information sent to me by Ivano were excellent and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. 🤩

The Check-out time. Generally speaking it is too early. Normal check out time at the hotel is 12pm but here is 10am. Should be at least 11am.

A very helpful host with full and clear advice and instructions prior to arrival. The location of the apartment is ideal and within walking distance of restaurants/bars. a very good supermarket and bus stops. It was very quiet and the apartment had excellent facilities.

The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with plates/pots/pans (weirdly, you have a lot of cutting knives and not a single cutting board...). The apartment is very close to Spinola Bay, with good access to restaurants and local transport.

We booked a cot for our baby (it was written 'guaranteed' as you pay extra for it), and a couple of days before our arrival, we asked the host to confirm that the cot would be there. As we arrived, the cot was not in the apartment, and we were informed it was broken... We had to chase 2 days later to get an update on the cot (this is not a nice-to-have, but essential!). The host told us it would arrive the next morning, and we needed to be home (never mind if we had any plans for our holiday...) We asked that the host personally deliver the cot and set it up to make sure there were no further issues. He refused and told us the cot was just arriving with a taxi. We had trouble setting up the cot and had several back and forth by whatsapp with the host. Overall, we found the host dismissive and patronizing in most of our communications. If you are travelling with your kids, I would recommend finding a different place.
