Upon our arrival at the apartment, we were warmly welcomed and given very helpful information by the reception staff regarding our accommodation. The location is excellent, very close to shops, the bus station, and clubs. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Starting from the second day of our stay, someone kept banging on our door in the middle of the evening. They were very loud and disruptive. This happened for three consecutive nights, and no one came to check what was going on. We were frightened because they were constantly trying to get into our apartment. Even though the rental agreement stated that guests would be fined for causing disturbances and inappropriate behavior, no one fined them or took any action to calm the situation down.
