The location is excellent, and the staff are truly outstanding—helpful, professional, and very well organized. The check-in procedure is simple and efficient, and the team was especially accommodating in assisting with luggage storage on the day of departure. Thank you for the great service. The price is also very competitive, particularly considering the prime location.

The lower rating is not related to the price or the staff, but rather to the quality of the rooms. In my opinion, the room descriptions should be more accurate, as the photos present them as significantly nicer than they are in reality. While the price is indeed very competitive for the location, several rooms appear to require refurbishment. Some were not sufficiently clean, lacked basic amenities such as adequate toilet paper, and were relatively small. It would also be helpful to clearly mention that the building layout is quite complex, almost labyrinth-like, making it difficult to access the rooms. This may be typical of buildings in Malta; however, we were nonetheless surprised by both the access and the overall room quality. In addition, there were no clothes hangers, and only two toilet rolls were provided for four people over a two-night stay, which is insufficient. Overall, the photos created expectations that were not met, and we felt somewhat misled. That said, this feedback is intended constructively, as we understand that, given the price and location, certain limitations may be expected.
