Step outside to one of the two balconies, where you can soak up the Mediterranean sun and take in the tranquil views of the communal piazza and surrounding gardens. These outdoor spaces are ideal for a morning coffee or evening cocktail while you unwind in a peaceful setting.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests with three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin room, and a single room. All rooms are tastefully decorated, ensuring a restful and serene night's sleep. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower.

As this apartment is located in a private residential complex, we ask that all guests respect the following house rules to maintain a harmonious environment:

No extra or unauthorized guests

No smoking inside; please use the provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts properly

Observe Quiet Hours between 9PM and 9AM daily, as mandated by local regulations. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the balconies, as sound travels easily.

The village of St. Julian’s (locally referred to as San Ġiljan) is located along the northern coastline of Malta, adjacent to Sliema and a few miles to the West of the capital city Valletta. It’s known as a more urban town in Malta, home to some of the tallest buildings on the island, and is a tourist and nightlife hotspot.

Once a small fisherman’s town, the locality developed rapidly in the 20th century into a more modern village. With a large concentration of restaurants, bars and clubs in the areas, it’s a popular destination for locals, although only counts around 14,000 residents.

Paceville is an area at the core of St. Julian’s which is known as Malta’s centre of nightlife and clubbing, offering a variety of bars and nightclubs for a great night out.

Public transport, taxis and ferry boat within a short walk.

Dear Guest, as from June 20, 2016, the Government of Malta is introducing an Environmental Contribution. All revenue generated from this initiative will be used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.

Adults are required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €1.50c per guest per night. The contribution is added ontop of the room rate.
