Especially the bathrooms were spotless and clean! The apartment is close to everything you need — a SPAR supermarket, a pharmacy, burger places, etc. The apartment is spacious enough, and all of the appliances work properly. There is also a terrace, which is a big advantage. Supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine, as well as towels and toilet paper, were included. The host is really kind — he immediately brought us an extra blanket and always replied instantly to our messages. Big thanks!

The mattress is soft, low quality, the pillows also. There is a little mold on some of the walls. There is a humidity in the apartment. We stayed for 2 weeks so we clean a few times the apartment but it’s was kind of difficult because there were not enough cleaning stuff but there were cleaning products. There were no coffee capsules provided, so we bought some from the supermarket. Unfortunately, the coffee machine is quite old and uses a different type of capsules, so we couldn’t use it.

L’appartamento è molto grande e con ottime potenzialità, ma purtroppo al nostro arrivo era in condizioni di scarsa pulizia. Su tre condizionatori, solo uno era funzionante, probabilmente a causa dei filtri estremamente sporchi, che abbiamo visto una volta aperti. Anche la TV e la lavatrice non funzionavano. La TV, in particolare, sarebbe stata utile considerando che per tutti e tre i giorni del soggiorno il tempo è stato brutto e viaggiavamo con due bambini. Abbiamo informato immediatamente il proprietario, che ci ha risposto di essere già a conoscenza dei problemi. Proprio per questo ci chiediamo perché non siano stati risolti prima del nostro arrivo. I materassi andrebbero sostituiti, i cuscini sono molto usurati e macchiati. Inoltre, nella camera da letto principale sono presenti evidenti macchie di umidità sulle pareti e sul soffitto. Sarebbero necessari alcuni lavori di manutenzione, perché è davvero un peccato trascurare un appartamento che potrebbe essere molto bello.
