ŚWIETNA LOKALIZACJA, OGROMNY APARTAMENT WYPOSAŻONY WE WSZYSTKIE POTRZEBNE UDOGODNIENIA. POLECAM!

Piękne duże mieszkanie z trzema pokojami, ogromnym salonem, kuchnią, pralnią, dwoma łazienkami. Bardzo czysto, wszystko przygotowane tak jak trzeba. Klucze odbieraliśmy w nocy ze skrytki niedaleko mieszkania. Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem mieszkania. Mieliśmy mały problem z uruchomieniem ogrzewania klimatyzacją. W kilka chwil został rozwiązany. Pozwolono nam również zostać dwie godziny dłużej, do 12:00 za co bardzo dziękujemy. Świetny apartament, w ekstra lokalizacji z doskonałym kontaktem z gospodarzem mieszkania. Zwykle na Malcie wybieraliśmy hotele, tym razem wybraliśmy mieszkanie i to była super decyzja. Gdybyśmy mieli tam wrócić to z pewnością do tego samego miejsca.

It was in a good location, it was spacious.

It wasn’t cleaned when we arrived , so it had the last occupants mess, cigarette butts. The balcony overlooks half built apartments. The communication from the agency was poor. I thought the WhatsApp communication was AI? They offered us compensation for the property not being clean but did not hear from them again. The toilet in the en-suite didn’t flush properly, shower cubicle door was broken. The shower in the main bathroom is one that you hold up to use. A lot of the lights don’t work, we told them this and they said they would look at but no communication. The cleaners did come to clean but we had to leave the property whilst they did it, they were nice people and did a good job. In the morning on a Sunday the next door apartment were removing tiles off the bathroom wall at 6.30am we had to go around and ask them to stop. There is only one key fob so if you want to do things separately it’s a problem. Could have easily made us feel a lot happier by just communicating with us.
