Nice views!
Staff helpful. Met us at check-in and let us know that our room had a water issue and gave us several options. We chose the upgrade to the two bedroom with kitchen.
Although we did not mind the walk so much, but for others, the hill leading up to the hotel is pretty intense.

Easy parking, communication with owners was excellent which made check-in seamless. Room was clean and beautiful inside including bathroom! A short walk to the old town of Brasov, it is up a hill but nothing unmanageable! Fridge inside was a great help to keep drinks cold. Heating easy to control and effective when -2°C outside!
Steep hill is worth noting if you are unable to walk taxis would be useful. The neighbour has a couple of dogs which are left in the street at times. They seem harmless but do bark when you approach them to reach the accommodation. We were advised of this prior to arrival so knew what to expect. The neighbour did come out and take the dogs inside to allow us past without a problem.

The location was great.
We complained about the apartment not being clean upon arrival and the staff immediately responded by sending someone to clean it.
The apartment was rather old and the setup was very uninviting.
These two factors together made it so that I don't think this stay provides good value for money.
